Health Screening
We have a yearly health screening program for the elderly. As part of the health screening, hearing, sight, and dental checks are performed. This aims to help the neighbourhood elderly keep track of their health wellness. This event has been taking place every year for the past eight years. The program has helped the elderly understand their health status, assist them with follow-up care, and provide guidance.

In 2019, marks the inception of this event for the elderly living in our neighbourhood. Held in Tampines, its main goal is to honour the senior citizens living in Singapore, regardless of race, gender or religion. It is to remember our nation-builders – those who helped to build Singapore to what it is today and are still living among us. In appreciating them, we provide great entertainment, games, fun, lucky draws, sumptuous food and a goodie bag for everyone who attends. |
Blood Donation

There is a need to collect about 400 units of blood daily to meet the needs of patients in Singapore. As part of the community, we collaborated with the Singapore Red Cross to organise a blood drive at our east and west locations. We had members and also walk-ins from neighbourhood to support this event. Together, we can create spaces where everyone feels valued and supported in building a stronger community. |
Elderly Care Activities

We have been running the Elderly Care Activities in Victory Family Centre@ Sembawang, Tampines, Toa Payoh, Rubikon and Choa Chu Kang. The seniors are actively engaged in this weekly program by our volunteers. They wil participate in light exercise, games and craft activities This increases their social engagement by encouraging them to form relationships and bond with each other. |
